ZYVA Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer standard and expedited shipping across Canada. Rates are flat and estimated delivery time is 3-5 day safter processing.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@zyva.ca. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
